Since I was born, the passion of cooking flows in my veins: one of my grandmother was from Sicily but she spent her live in Africa, the other one was from Rome and she was a pastry; one grandfather was an inventor of recipes and the other one was a master of pasta and fried donuts. And also my parents are really good at the stove!
My roots are a mix of different traditions and I love to share them with you.
I love cultivating herbs and spices on my terrace and I cook even for my puppies.

What to expect at GLORIA's place
It was one of the greatest experiences we have had. Meeting Gloria and her family was amazing. Me and my wife were looking for a local experience, and this was a great pick. Great food, great wine but over all GREAT conversations! We really connected and shared experiences. Super recommended to anybody visiting Florence. The place is amazing, in the hill, overlooking Florence.

I loved sharing my time with Gloria. She is very knowledgeable about the food of her country, region, and garden. I would recommend this experience to novice cooks as well as experts as there is always something to learn. As a person, Gloria is a lovely woman- smart, kind and a wonderful host. Join her in learning more!
