From the former Head Chef of Vanilla Black comes Eleven98: a Hackney-based social dining experience enjoyed at The Chef's Table and also as popups at some of the coolest spots across the London borough of Hackney. We always kick off proceedings with a quirky welcome cocktail and serve bespoke multi-course tasting menus, sometimes with drinks pairings. The truly unique concept of Eleven98 is that we source all of our produce from within the borough of Hackney! This means that everything plant-based on the menu will have been literally cultivated or foraged within a mile or two of where you'll be eating it! Lots of the veg and herbs are grown in Aidan's own allotment too, and his passion for sustainability and permaculture principles is visible throughout every aspect of the Eleven98 experience.
