From the former Head Chef of Vanilla Black comes Eleven98: a Hackney-based social dining experience enjoyed at The Chef's Table in Stoke Newington, Hackney. We always kick off proceedings with a quirky welcome cocktail made with Haggerston-produced spirits from the 58&Co Distillery, and we offer a 9 course gastronomic tasting menu. The truly unique concept of Eleven98 is that we source all of our produce from within the borough of Hackney! This means that all fruits, vegetables and herbs used across the menu will have been literally cultivated or foraged within a mile or two of where you'll be eating it! Lots of the produce is grown in Aidan's own veg garden, and his passion for sustainability and permaculture principles is visible throughout every aspect of the Eleven98 experience.
