I'm a professional cook from the north of England. I've cooked at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California, Ballymaloe in Ireland as well as Moro in London, among many other restaurants. The food I cook is always ingredient led. Local organic vegetables are the main event but I also love to cook meat and fish. The food I make is simple but has loads and loads of flavour.

Wow! The food was out of this world and the location was spectacular! Fresh, exciting ingredients were combined expertly to create a mouth watering menu from the aperitifs all the way through to dessert. Watching the sun go down from the terreaca with new friends and friendly hosts was an experience I'd repeat in an instant!
