Over three years I 've been hosting dinners combining my passion for food and fashion both french - congolese inspired. Ety just knows how to receive guests around her table. Her Congo and French twist creat the perfect food flavour and atmosphere. I had a great Sunday evening discovering amazing food and nice French vines. Highly raccomanded, and I will for sure come back Ety! Incredible! This was such an amazing night of hospitality! The hosts were wonderful, starting us off with perfectly balanced cocktails, and leading us through their magical space. Both indoor and outdoor seating was out of a fantasy, with a large outdoor lounge space to boot. Once seated for dinner we were treated to some of the most amazing flavor combinations we've ever had. Ety is such a talented chef! Each course incorporated divine textures, colors, and tastes. Ety knows how to use spices in a way that most chefs only dream of. Each dipping sauce she provided is something I would buy up if she bottled it. The wine flowed, the music amazed us, and the company was great. It is such a great experience to enjoy real food, with real people in such a genuine way. Great conversations and connections. Gorgeous nitecaps were even passed around after dessert. Can't wait to do it again!
