Following my passion, I wanted to deepen my culinary knowledge by attending a specialization course of more than a year and became a cook and professional figure recognized at European level, so I went ahead to obtain HACCP certification. I also became a taster of virgin olive oils after attending a selection of Metropolis of Cam.Com Fi and attended a course recognized by the Tuscan region to recognize and use the best herbs and aromatic, like also have a good wine cellar to match the right food!

What to expect at Antonella's place
Antonella and her husband were excellent hosts! The homemade pasta was incredible and we very much enjoyed eating vegetables and herbs from Antonella's garden. The atmosphere was relaxed and great conversation was had with Antonella and her husband. Their dog, Lago, was also very sweet. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Go to Antonella's with an empty stomach! Each of our 4 courses were amazing and we didn't want to leave any of it on the plate. Thank you Antonella and Stefano!
