Hello, I'm Giuseppe but my friends call me Pino! I'm a Neapolitan "DOP". My work allows me to fully experience my city every day. I love the sea, the sun, the cribs, the Vesuvius ... I love Naples from its joyful sorrows to its many beautiful colors! How did I get from my passion for Neapolitan crib art to the kitchen? Well, when you prepare the shops that adorn the crib with their characteristic baskets and spaselle, it's impossible not to fall in love with Neapolitan food: anchovies, cod, mussels, clams, taralli, fried pizzas, tomatoes of Vesuvius (piennolo) .... I wanted to recreate all the colors at the table with my friends. I love home-made things, genuine food and I love testing myself in the kitchen. In the kitchen I find peace from everyday stress. For many, food is a problem, for me it is the solution to problems. At home, shared food around the table is a work of art! It must be savored and observed in all its ingredients.
