Moti Nagar is a chef from Israel who has had a passion for bringing plant based food to new levels of excitement. He studied cooking since High school and became extremely passionate about food in his first travels to India in 2002 and began studying Ayurveda, he later developed his own vegan line in Israel specializing in vegan "cheese", desserts & snacks, has worked with Gabriel Cousins (founder of Tree of Life) during his Juice fast retreats, was head chef at Alegria, a vegan restaurant in Tel Aviv, and is currently in LA working with Plant Food and Wine in Venice, and offers private home vegan cooking, classes, and catering for small intimate private events. Sharee is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and student of Chinese Medicine with a love for great food that is both healing and delicious.

Amazing vegan food! Best in LA I’ve had so far! Chef and sous chef were both very interactive with guests. Very attentive to all our needs too. Ambiance. Was on point, perfect combination with the food that was served. Simple and minimalist. Food. Very unique. Scrumptious. Delicious. Every bite tickled my taste buds. Sweet, sour, savory, salty, bitter. Elevated taste for each course served. Moti, the chef, made his own vegan cheese. I could say, he made the best vegan cheese. Better than popular brands out there. Definitely tasted like real cheese. Great work you guys! Looking forward to our next Sunday service!
