I place a big emphasis on vegetables (particularly homegrown) and meat 'features' in the menus. I love gardening, aquascaping, travelling, bassy music, rustic but refined and everything food related. This supper club was absolutely outstanding. We were welcomed into a relaxed atmosphere and put at ease immediately. The meal was one of the best I’ve ever experienced with highlights including rustic homemade focaccia, a full flavoured butternut squash dish (I am veggie and so did not have the lamb that was also on offer!) and some expertly made macaroons. The dining area was atmospheric and relaxed. Each course was bought out with precision and elegance. We felt totally looked after; it was an incredibly memorable experience. Would definitely come back or buy for someone as a gift!
As a host courtney was cool, calm, collected and charming. As a chef, he is cool, calm, collected, inventive and perfect. The food, the vibe and everything in between was wonderful.
I booked a private supper club for me and my friends for my birthday after attending a supper club in November which truly wowed me. I can safely say again that my experience was outstanding every course was excellent, Courtney is an amazing chef and host making for a birthday meal to remember and a supper club i will continue to return to!
