I'm Courtney! I'm a chef and food science graduate who's been running a supper club for nearly 2 years. I love simple cooking with complex and delicious flavours. I place a big emphasis on vegetables (particularly homegrown) and meat 'features' in the menus. I love gardening, travelling, bassy music, rustic but refined and everything food related.
The food is truly delicious, with lots of little extra surprises along the way. Courtney and his team are great hosts and clearly so passionate about food and providing a great dining experience. Highly recommended.
