We were born in countries where the importance of food is rooted in our culture. Francesco - from Sicily (Italy) - is an avid traveler and has been sharing his food culture for many years, and through this, connecting with people from all over the world. Adisa - from Bosnia - is the catalyst for our social gatherings, whether it’s an artistically inspired international dinner or an adventurous road trip through Southern California. We like to always experiment with new recipes and have incorporated many dishes from other cultures in our cuisine. In San Diego area, we have built strong relationships with many local farmers, providers, and local nonprofits. In order to spread our message about clean real food, we co-founded "Cucina Migrante", a new concept of cooking classes, pop-up dinners & chef services.

Wonderful! Food was great! Venue was wonderful! Only suggestion - I felt 18 people was too many. I would think 12 max would be better - then everyone could sit at the same table. Also 18 made it very crowded during appetizers and difficult to mingle.

Quite simply one of the best events we’ve ever been to. Outstandingly hosted with food that was simply perfect and an atmosphere that couldn’t be beaten. It felt like an evening with a carefully chosen friends and the best food possible.

The Sicilian fish cooking class and dinner was in a word a blast. Our hosts were welcoming, informative and down to earth. The house was beautiful and a very cool space. The food was delicious. You will not need a trip to in and out burger after. You can cook as much or a little as you want to. This was a very unique experience. We have been to many cooking classes and this was by far my favorite. Whether you are visiting or live in the area just go you will not be disappointed! And don’t forget the wine. We had a great experience at our Italian Farm-to-Fork Pop-Up Dinner with Adisa and Francesco! They were warm and welcoming from the start. Food was incredible and they even had a friend who is an amazing pianist add a bit of entertainment. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary that weekend and this was a highlight.
