I am beyond passionate about food & wines. Wherever I travel, I focus on experiencing local food & wines since I believe that it carries much of the culture of a country. I have been in the culinary world since over 6 years, having showed to many guests our amazing culinary heritage. Throughout these years, I learned what really makes food tours an unforgettable experience. Passion for wines drove me to study it and I am now a certified Sommelier and founder of a small local food tour company called Culinary Paths. During my studies I met with Amauri (a host too), who shares my same passion.

What to expect at Javier's place
What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. We had spent the past two days wandering around doing cultural sight-seeing and eating fairly mediocre food. Our afternoon with Nick was a revelation - delicious food, superb wines to accompany the tapas and a detailed and comprehensive explanation of the origin of the foods and wines. We are foodies and loved meeting the chef in one restaurant, the wine maker in another and eating such a large array of local delicacies. We are already planning a second visit to repeat! Thanks Nick for such a great afternoon.
