I am an executive chef with 10 years of experience in gastronomy, I graduated from the IBMR university center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I have a bistro in Rio de Janeiro where we specialize in seafood, and have worked as an Executive Chef at the Restaurant Sobe in Jardim Botânico for 2 years and today I`m living a new experience adaptin vegan diet and I have elaborated dishes and developing recipes 100% plant based with Brazilian spices and I ave the goal of sharing delicious dishes with the world.

What to expect at Bruno's place
