I am a Russian-English translator, a former tour guide and a good cook. My husband, who will help me host, is a novelist! We have been hosting for many different nationalities for many years, as we really love to travel and meet new people. So, by hosting in our apartment we experience another kind of travelling, we invite the world to our place. We like to cook and to treat guests we our delicious Russian food, such as borscht and pierogi (pies). Our kitchen is the place where people and tastes meet! We like to tell about our wonderful city, about life in Russia now and in the past. We host in a traditional St.Petersburg apartment in the historical centre, with a rich family history.
