I grew up in a big family -- seven aunts, thirty cousins, and four siblings -- all in ten mile radius. Food was, and continues to be, what brings us all together. When I moved to New York five years ago, I searched far and wide but couldn’t find Vietnamese food that represented the authenticity and depth of the cuisine that was a cornerstone of my upbringing. Rather than settle, I picked up the phone and found every opportunity to train side-by-side with my mom and aunties. Now several FaceTimes later, Pham to Table is the accidental child of love and culture passed down from generations of my family. My name is Brandon and I am excited to share the home cooking, Vietnamese palette, and heart that is Pham to Table.
