Being born & raised in the ME I became passionate about the Middle-Eastern cuisine! When you visit Jordan, you’ll hear “ahlan wa sahlan”— which means “welcome” — all the time. Hospitality and generosity are ingrained in Jordan’s culture. I brought it to you to LA to enjoy.
I love to eat fresh meals, drink wine, gather with friends, laugh and live my life up. I have catered events, owned a food truck in LA & have 35y experience in cooking delicious dishes.
I enjoy welcoming my guests in my cozy home in the heart of LA. Anytime they feel like they have a special meal in mind, they contact me and I arrange to cook it for them.
I'm so excited to share with you the spices I mix for my cooking!

My guilty pleasure is baked pastries from my oven with their sheer irresistible aroma! Another one is rice enlivened with an aromatic mix of Middle Eastern spices and garnished with fried almonds and pine nuts. Knafeh is my guilty pleasure dessert, it is a shredded phyllo dough, filled with a my special wonderful melt sweet white cheese, topped with the orange blossom syrup. It gives me a rich, satiating, and indulgent experience
