I’m Italian, so I love food and friends. I like cooking and my dream is to open a little restaurant or “bottega” where I can take care and cuddle the people with my food 😊 I don’t speak German (yet) but I speak English and, of course, Italian! I know also how to cook lactose free and gluten free.

What to expect at Giovanni's place
My friend Wolfram came along to Giovanni's place, he said it was a new and good experience, we both liked the dinner, the atmosphere and the spices. Since I love cooking too, I can sense easily how attentive Giovanni is with the food he prepares. It seems its very simple food, but it consumes lots of time. I think that is one of the reasons why homemade food tastes so different from a normal restaurant; especially when people cook their food with passion. Giovanni is an easy going host, he and his boyfriend really make you feel at home. What a wonderful evening we had!
Giovanni is an attentive, very fine host. Quiet music, a bright ambience, cozy and stylish. Giovanni cooks as he learned from his grandmother in Sicily (the stewed vegetables "della nonna" was awesome!). The food tastes fantastic and he has little interesting comments on every vegetable or dish. If you want to relax, dine in style and also get a full belly: you're in great hands with Gio.
