I am a professional truffle hunter and I've been doing this business for 12 years. I've always had a great love for nature and animals since I was young, for this reason, my passion has become my job! I am a chef specialized in mushrooms and truffles dishes, I started to cook with my father in our restaurant when I was 15. I would like to create an experience that combines both my passions: hunting truffles and cooking.
