I have always been a great pastry enthusiast ! After graduating from business school, I have decided to make it my profession and since then, I have had the great chance to learn alongside the older ones. After studying at the Ferrandi school, I joined the Mandarin Oriental brigade in Paris and then at the Ritz, the famous hotel in Place Vendôme where chef François Perret allowed me to deepen my knowledge of this wonderful profession.
What I particularly like about this job is sharing! As much the sharing of know-how as the sharing of a good pastry. This is why I decided to give pasty class!
