I was born in Bologna, the capital of Emilia, home of tortellini, lasagne, ragù and many other food. I grew up helping my grandmothers cooking and preparing pasta, and then I kept this passion by myself, improving everyday and sharing this with friends and family Je suis né à Bologne, la capitale de l'Émilie, berceau de tortellini, lasagnes, ragù et bien d'autres aliments.
