My passion for creating and sharing unique desserts comes from my Italian heritage, where I am a fourth generation Sicilian-American dessertier. Arriving by boat in the early 1900s, my ancestors were candymakers in New York City, where my grandfather, Guiseppe, continued the family tradition by opening his own cookie shop with my father.
I trained at California's renowned International Culinary Center where I graduated with highest honors and a Grand Diplôme in pastry arts. Now, after spending years traveling around the world and meeting amazing hosts, I am eager to welcome travelers to my own hometown of Los Angeles. I was raised in a rich cultural tradition that emphasized the importance of building community, friendship, and love through food; and look forward to hosting guests for an unforgettable culinary experience.
