Born in Northern Italy and raised by a big southern Italian family, I was so fortunate to experience the best of both, every holiday to different regions of Italy - Lombardia to Sicilia - was an opportunity to try new and exciting dishes.
I felt like travelling through Italy exploring flavours and cultures completely unknown to me.
At an early age, I always enjoyed spending afternoons podding peas with my grandmother or helping my father picking chestnuts in October.
The same passion, love and care for food has led me to become a chef with more than 10 years of experience across Italy and England where I worked for some of the best restaurants, such as Novikov and the Michelin starred Texture.
I developed a cooking style that is rooted in Italian tradition with elements of British, French and Scandinavian gastronomy that shapes my personal taste into simple, delicious and yet, elegant dishes.
I love to cook for my friends and family and I believe there is nothing like sitting down at the dinner table sharing food that brings people together.
