15 years ago I decided to step out of the corporate world to pursue my passion for cooking. After my culinary training at one of the most renowned schools, I had the opportunity to train and work at various levels in professional kitchens and on mega-yachts in both Europe and abroad.
I love good food, market fresh ingredients, hosting guests, cooking and sharing a great meal, travel, reading, photography, outdoors and horseback riding.
It gives much pleasure to see smiles on peoples faces when they enjoy the food that you have passionately created.
