Hi Foodies and future guests! My name is Gosia and I am from Poland.Before coming to Amsterdam, for 6 years I ran 2 successful food and beverages brands/ bars and restaurants in Shanghai, China - Pierogi Ladies and Jar Bar Shanghai (created by myself from scratch). During that time I hosted hundreds of cooking, cocktail and pickling classes attended by people from all around the world who learned the art and history of dumplings, fermented vegetables and cocktails.In the summer 2022 I decided to return to Europe, and first I spent 3 months of the summer 2022 working as a mixologist in one of the oldest hotels in sunny Malta to observe the European trends and tastes . In September 2022 I came to the amazing city of Amsterdam. After testing my events and recipes on new colleagues and friends, I decided to spread my passion for making dumplings, jarring veggies and mixology on a larger scale and offer my classes to the public. I am super excited to restart my events in Europe:)
