I started Ashs Plek because I love hosting dinners at my place for the great food, the laughter, the interesting conversations and the new connections. I am a London native with Jamaican heritage. The Londoner in me loves to meet cool, new people and make new connections. The Jamaican in me cares deeply about food that tastes damn good and fills your belly and your soul. I host dinner parties regularly for friends here in Amsterdam and some of my very best memories since I moved to this country were made on these occasions. So now, I want to share those moments, and great Jamaican food, with new friends.
