I am the founder of Bologna Gourmet and I give cooking classes since 2004.
I have a certifcate in handmade pasta because here it's a serious thing, we are the main experts in Italy!
My specialty is obviously handmade pasta and local food, we can make tagliatelle, tortelloni, tortellini, lasagne, ravioli and so on... During the class we will make all the traditional dishes of our beautiful city.
I am a great expert of all the typical products of our region: Parma ham, mortadella (Bologna), Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional balsamic vinegar and I can tell you everything about them!
I can also plan special trips to visit the producers along the region.
