I am the founder of 'Bologna Gourmet' and I have been giving cooking classes since 2004. I am a certified homemade pasta maker because here it's a serious thing, we are the main experts in Italy!
My specialty is obviously homemade pasta and local food - we can make tagliatelle, tortelloni, tortellini, lasagne, ravioli and more... During the class, we'll make all the traditional dishes of our beautiful city. I am also a great expert of all the typical products of our region: Parma ham, mortadella (Bologna), Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional balsamic vinegar and I can tell you everything about them!
