A little bit of theory which will make you understand the secrets of a good dough, then we will make it. We’ll use a mixture made ahead and matured for 24 and 48 hours to get a crispy pizza with the maximum of digestibility! The slurry will be put into the baking pan and baked in the oven. We will do one pizza with tomato sauce (Pizza rossa) and a white pizza with different kind of toppings! A the end, we will taste also Pizza Bianca con Nutella, a nice dessert (White pizza with Nutella is a typical roman snack!)
