In this cooking class, you'll learn how to make fettuccine, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and gnocchi from scratch, that you'll then enjoy for dinner with your host.
• Learn how to make handmade pasta that will be topped with Ragout for the gnocchi, Gricia for the ravioli, and sauce with mushrooms and Pachino for the fettuccine, and enjoy your creations for dinner (as well as a few snacks while you cook!) • Wine and digestif are included • The home is very close to the 'Riserva naturale dell'Insugherata' • Communal cooking class and dining for up to 8 people • Sara was born in Rome and has lived there her whole life! Her specialty is her grandmother's recipe for homemade pasta
About your host, Sara: "My passion for cooking started as a child when my mother came home late from work and prepared Minestrina with cheese, cooked ham and puree...As soon as I could use the stove, I started to try recipes and I learned to cook, and from then my passion was born."
