During this cooking class we want to offer you the opportunity to learn how to make homemade fresh pasta: from the dough making to the pasta cooking. The course will last two hours, during which we will make simple fresh pasta (such as tagliatelle, tagliolini or pappardelle) and a type of stuffed pasta (ravioli, tortellini). After preparing pasta, we will cook and taste the pasta prepared by you around our table. During these two hours you will get to know how to make the favorite meal of the Italians and, above all, you will be able to prepare it at home!
We will be preparing:
