4-course Sicilian lunch in Palermo 

Fulvio will first take you to a food market in Palermo to buy fresh produce before heading back to his house where the cooking class begins! Using the ingredients you just bought, your host will teach you his tips and tricks to perfecting his favourite Sicilian recipes so that you know just how to recreate them at home. 

When the class is over and the food is ready, you'll sit down and enjoy a 4 course meal which includes your creations! There will be plenty of wine and beer to go round and you’ll have time to talk more to Fulvio and the other guests.

I usually like to cook what the season offers in that specific day. You can try starters, pasta, fish, meat dishes or some vegetarian dishes all cooked freshly  by a Sicilian Chef!
