I am an informally trained chef with Spanish and Irish family backgrounds specializing in French, Spanish and Italian cuisine.  My gourmet awakening at 10 years old was over a plate of Scampi Sgusciati alla Bùsara in Venice, Italy.  Culinary work experience includes time spent with one of the Bay Area's premier catering companies.  I enjoy big dinner parties in San Francisco and barbecues in Tahoe City with friends and family.
