I am an informally trained chef with Spanish and Irish family backgrounds specializing in French, Spanish and Italian cuisine. 
My gourmet awakening at 10 years old was over a plate of Scampi Sgusciati alla Bùsara in Venice, Italy.
Culinary work experience includes time spent with one of the most premier catering companies. Dinner parties for private and corporate clients are my specialty. 
I have also led as chef on sailing yachts in French Polynesia and the British Virgin Islands hosting lunches and dinners for up to 25 people.  I am now based in Ibiza, Spain and look forward to hosting lunch and dinner parties on land and on sea!
