Spanish Cooking Class, Market tour and Lunch Inside Triana Market

Triana Market tour with tastings

Tapas go from appetizers to sophisticated cuisine, served on a small portion. This 3 hours hands-on Spanish and Andalusian cooking class will consist on the prepatarion of 4 traditional tapas, followed at the end by a local dessert wine. 

Classes are taught by a professionally trained chef in English. The ingredients used are fresh and seasonal, since we are located inside Triana food market.
During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, guided by the expert cook. Classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

Menu to cook are 4 tapas from the followings, depending on the season:

	Salmorejo or Gazpacho
	Spanish potatoe omelette (Tortilla de patata) 
	Spinach with chickpeas (Espianacas con Garbanzos)
	Huevos a la flamenca
	Iberian pork or Ox cheeks stew (Carrillada)
	Codfish fritters (buñuelos de bacalao)
	Shrimps in garlic oil (gambas al ajillo)

All ingredients or utensils are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during class, and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (Spanish wine, beer or soft drinks) and a final dessert wine.

Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required due to dietary restrictions or allergies.

Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

¡Hello we are Victoria and Dome!

Victoria is a professional chef born and raised in Sevilla. For more than 10 years she was living and working abroad on Germany, UK, Madrid and Barcelona as a pastry chef and chef de partie. She loves cooking and she will be delighted to show you more about the secrets of the Spanish cuisine.

Domenico’s passion for cooking started early, helping out at his uncle’s restaurant at the age of 13. Later he began his career as a cook, spending his professional years in Mallorca, where he learnt the secrets to making the perfect paella. Now living in Seville with his Sevillana wife, Dome enjoys teaching also at Taller Andaluz de Cocina.

Cooking and teaching really fascinates us and we are passionate about Paella, Spain’s most international dish. We love to teach people how to cook the authentic paella!
