A 60-minute basic yoga lesson led by Eva with weighted sequences of balanced positions, sitting and standing in a striking location, with warm and enveloping tones. At the end of the lesson an healthy aperitivo based on vegetables, cereals, fruit, the inevitable herb teas, but also, for those who want it, a good glass of red wine.
