I'll speak about Italian Food & Wine and about Tuscany and its incredible places where to go. Moreover,  I will cook for you  a Typical Mediterranean  appetizer "bruschetta al pomodoro", that is baked bread with fresh tomatoes and basil. 

You'll learn how to prepare a fantastic "Carbonara" or "Gnocchi al Pomodoro " with "Mozzarella di Bufala " and fresh basil. There will be a fruit dessert too and of course the best Top Red/White Wine . 

I will teach you how to cook all this yummy  Food and above all how to pair it with Wine.

I was born in Sicily , but I moved to Pisa for job reasons six years ago. I’m still working as English teacher, wine tasting expert and tour leader. Italy is an incredible land to visit, not only for its landscape, art and culture, but also for its huge heritage about wine and food. I can help you with learning a lot about my country, sharing my passion about cooking and good wine with you. 
Learning a new cuisine is a lot like learning a new language. With a language, there's a grammar and vocabulary that together allow you to form sentences and express yourself. With a cuisine, there's a body of techniques that function much like a grammar. When they're combined with the cuisine's "vocabulary" of ingredients, dishes and meals can be made. Learning this grammar and vocabulary is the first step toward fluency—the ability to think and cook like a native
Moreover, I like meeting new people, because it’s like travelling. It makes me view the world with  different lens. This provides alternative perspectives! It broadens my horizons and make me happy too. 
Now is your turn ! Be careful, though, as you can fall in love with the woh Italian factor ! It will be my pleasure to host you for a lunch or a dinner and have a pleasant conversation too. You’ll learn how to make pizza, tagliatelle or  a simple and tasteful Italian recipe.
