A word about the experience
It often happens that people ask me where to eat good fish in Florence. My answer is always the same: at my home. I grew up in a seaside town, on the Adriatic coast, in Abruzzo. My childhood memories are linked to the taste of the sea, the one of freshly caught fish and cooked in a simple way, with natural ingredients of the highest quality. I brought with me the desire to share with friends, the authentic flavors of the culinary tradition of southern Italy and more. We will enjoy a full dinner with matching regional wines. My partner Andrea and I care a lot about the quality of the ingredients and we only cook with fresh ingredients. For this reason, the menu might vary depending on the fresh local ingredients of the day. At our table, in Florence, you will discover popular dishes such as brodetto all'abruzzese or "Lu vrudatte", as they say in Abruzzo and other hidden gems that only a local knows.

Brodetto dell'Adriatico The brodetto is a typical fish soup from the Adriatic coast. The fish, strictly fresh, at least five or six varieties (herringbone fish, seafood, shellfish and crustaceans) are cooked with homemade tomato souce in a pot of earthenware that preserves and enhances all flavors. It is served with bruschetta.
