Brodetto dell'Adriatico
The brodetto is a typical fish soup from the Adriatic coast.
The fish, strictly fresh, at least five or six varieties (herringbone fish, seafood, shellfish and crustaceans) are cooked with homemade tomato souce in a pot of earthenware that preserves and enhances all flavors.
It is served with bruschetta.
