What to expect
I was in Rome for 1 day only and was so lucky to spend part of it with Andrea and Milvia. They are the most lovely couple and made me feel so welcome. Experiencing the pasta-making AND eating was a dream. Could not have been happier. Highly recommended if you want an authentic experience and to eat great honest food, in simple surroundings with good company.

Enjoyed a brilliant evening with Andrea and Milvia. The pasta making lesson with Milvia was a great introduction to pasta-making with lots of gems of knowledge thrown in! This pasta was then served to us in 5 different dishes - including a special new recipe Milvia made just for us! Outstanding food.
The only thing that could have made this experience better for us was to be able to watch the cooking of the dishes itself - clearly a lot of skill is going towards making these dishes and watching in the kitchen would have been superb. Of course, sitting down at the table enjoying wine and Andrea's company between dishes was brilliant anyway, so this is only a small point.
A very memorable experience and some outstanding pasta.
