ALL SATEFY MEASURES ARE RIGOLOUSLY OBSERVED: LIMITED CAPACITY, DESINFECTIONS BETWEEN CLASSES, MASKS FOR THE QUESTS AND THE HOST. THE VENUE IS LARGE ENOUGH TO ALLOW FOR 2 METRES DISTANCE BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS AT ALL STAGES OF THE CLASS.
My family has produced liqueurs since time immemorial and secret recipes have been passed from generation to generation. I now want to share them with the guests of this unique class.

The famous Polish liqueurs called 'nalewki' are alcoholic extracts from fruits, spices, flowers or herbs. Not without scientific proof, they are commonly believed to cure illnesses and raise the spirit!
You will learn how to make 3 different mouthwatering liqueurs – honey with spices, lemon, and coffee. Taste them at the end of the class and take home three 100 ml bottles (maximum on-board allowance).
The art of nalewki making has been known since the Middle Ages and practitioned by monks. Nowadays some Poles still produce them at home, using secret recipes passed from generation to generation. Many liqueurs take weeks or even months to mature, but some, like those prepared during the workshop, are ready to be sampled immediately after making.

What to expect
Nice and fun experience making traditional polish dumblings. We became excellent dumpling makers under Marias supervision. At the ens we taste lovely polish liquers.
