A word about the experience

Hello, I am Barbara and I am looking for teaching you all the secrets of Venetian cuisine!
We will meet at Rialto Market, at the "Vaporetto" boat stop. Here we will do a food tour and buy all the necessary for the cooking class.
Time for aperitif! We'll have a glass of wine and a Venetian style tapas called "cicchetto".
Then, we will head toward my house, located in Venice city centre, but in a quiet area far from the most touristic routes. During the cooking class, you will discover how to prepare 3 traditional courses: first course, usually fresh pasta or risotto, a variety of 'cicchetti' (Venetian nibbles) and a dessert. Then we will have lunch together!
Menu may vary according to the season and ingredients availability.
