3-course cooking class with a local in Venice

3-course dinner with a local in Venice

Hello, I'm Barbara and I want to teach you all the secrets of Venetian cuisine!

The experience will begin at the Rialto Market, at the "Vaporetto" boat stop. Here we will do a food tour and buy all the necessary ingredients for the cooking class. We'll also have a glass of wine with a Venetian style tapas called "cicchetto".

Then, we will head toward my house, located in central Venice, but in a quiet area away from the most touristic routes. 

During the cooking class, you will learn to make 3 traditional Italian dishes: fresh pasta or risotto, a variety of 'cicchetti' (Venetian nibbles) and a dessert. After the class, we'll have lunch together and enjoy the dishes we made!
