Discover the secrets of French pastries with Lili & Clo, in our workshop in the heart of Paris. We offer gourmet experiences to discover French way of life and know-how. Graduated from Ferrandi and former staff from Ritz Paris and Mandarin Oriental, Chloé will teach you with passion all the techniques of the greatest chefs. Our 2h pastry class followed by a tasting in our lounge will allow you to make by yourself your own French pastries ! We will make different recipies everyday, so that everyone will be pleased ! Following the seasons, and daily market shopping, we will teach you how to make macaroons, choux pastries, fruits tarts, French tea-time biscuits (such as madeleine). After graduating from a business school, Chloé knew her real passion is making pastry. After obtaining her Master’s degree at Neoma Business School, Chloé attended Ferrandi Paris in order to receive her bakery diploma in four months. Then, she was fortunate enough to work with some of the best pastry chefs in the world. She first obtained a job at the Mandarin Oriental Paris, and worked with the creative Adrien Bozzolo, then moving to the Ritz Paris and to learn from the world-renowned François Perret. Today, with her partner Lili, she will share her passion et and her know-how with you ! The pastry classes take place in our own workshop in the heart of Paris. The Sentier neighborhood is in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, near Châtelet - Les Halles, and the famous pedestrian street "rue montorgueil".
