Cook a Classic Italian Meal Inspired by a Roman Grandmother

We will teach you how to make pizza in 8 simple steps between a chat and the other. In fact, our motto is to learn lightly and happily. You will learn new Italian recipes meeting new people of different countries.
The recipes are prepared so that you can make them again easily for friends and relatives.

Our goal is to teach guests to make pizza in joy and simplicity, to make them feel part of our family and we part of theirs, according to a feeling of reciprocity. And it's always exciting and a lot of fun to do. In fact, the cooking is transformed into a life experience that leaves its mark. Proof is the fact that we always stay in touch with our guests.

What to expect:
• Learn how to make PIZZA from scratch in an easily way (8 simply steps);
• Before starting the cooking class we get to know each other having an aperitif;
• We will demonstrate the process step-by-step and provide personalized cooking tips;
• We will give you written recipes so that you can easily make them once at home;
• After the cooking class we will eat what we have prepared and many other things, with our families and friends;
• This experience is perfect also for groups of friends, families and team-building events

We are Janice and Francesca, two sisters passionate about cooking and social-eating. Our grandmother Marcella, who has managed a restaurant in Trastevere for many years, has given us a passion for cooking.
We are a big family and our home has always been full of friends and relatives. Our fabulous mother, Angela, taught us the art of welcoming people and making them feel at home. So it's something that comes naturally to us. This is how we move from virtual knowledge to a real friendship, the magic is given by a particular alchemy that makes us seem to know each other forever! Seeing is believing :-)! 
We are in a residence located in northern Rome, the most exclusive area of ​​Rome,  not near to the  tourist area.Thus you can see the normal and non-touristic way in which a typical Roman family lives. In our house you will find the sensitivity for reception and social relations, a great love for art and culture. Our friends think of us that we are extraordinarily hospitable...
