היי, נעים מאוד, אייל בלום.

אבא לעומר ובן זוג לדניאל.

החיים הם מסע מרתק וכל צעד שאני צועד בדרך מקדם אותי יותר למטרה.
לפני כשנה וחצי הגעתי לEATWITH מתוך מקום להגשים את החלום שלי ולארח אצלי בבית לארוחות פרטיות
מאז שעברתי לבית עם גינה גדולה במרכז תל אביב החלטתי שאני רוצה גם לחלוק את האהבה שלי לאוכל עם עוד אנשים, אצלי בבית.
שנים של טיולים בעולם ומסעות קולינרים הביאו אותי לנקודה שרציתי לקפוץ שלב לארח בעצמי.
מרגע שהאירוע הראשון קרה ידעתי שאני במקום הנכון ולא תיארתי כמה מהר הכל יקרה
תוך זמן קצר נהפכתי לחוויה הנמכרת ביותר באתר וזה היה פשוט מדהים.
מארוחה לארוחה שכללתי עוד מנות, בניתי תפריטים חדשים, הוזמנתי להיות שף אורח במלון אלגרה
והיה לי הזכות לארח אצלי בבית הרבה אירועים מרגשים ומפגשים מיוחדים, אפילו קבוצות תיירים שמגיעות לארץ ולספר להם על הקולינריה המקומית ולחוות איתם קידוש.
כחלק מהמסע בחרתי גם להמשיך ולהתמקצע ולמדתי גם בבית הספר דנון לקולינריה
מתרגש כל פעם מחדש לארח אצלי בבית, מהרגע שאתם נכנסים מחויכים ומקבלים קוקטייל כדי להכנס לאווירה
ביחד עם המוזיקה הלטינית ברקע ועד לספר לכם מה מוגש לכם ולצלחת מולכם את המנות.
המטרה שלי היום מאוד ברורה, לרוב גם הדרך
ואשמח לראותכם אצלי באירוע הקרוב שלכם :)
