A word about the experience
Experience a traditional Portuguese food at a traditional Portuguese "Ambience", prepared specifically for our beloved vegans and vegetarians. We are trying to use preferably biological product, as vegetables and fruits from small farmers and local market. At some days we also offer to our guests some kind of typical, or not so typical entertainment, small shows etc. We are family and want to welcome you as one of ours.

Starters
Couvert Homemade bread, seasoned olives, aromatised butter, jam, pate, Portuguese cheese. (If you choose the vegan meal, cheeses are replaced by a fruit plate.)

Roasted chouriço Vegan Typical roasted chorizo in Portuguese brandy
Bolhão Pato mushrooms Mushrooms sauteed with white wine, lemon, garlic and parsley
Principal dishes
Tofu with cream (bacalhau com natas) The famous Portuguese dish made with Bacalhau (dehydrated codfish), with fried potato cube and juicy béchamel sauce. ( Cod is replaced by smoked tofu)
Alheira Vegan com grelos e ovos Alheira with turnip greens is a typical dish, with sautéed turnip greens and poached eggs.
Drunk Pears Pears from the west region of Portugal, cooked at low temperature with red and port wine, muscatel and spices.
