Vegan Charme: Typical Dinner Dedicated to Vegan Friends

This experience involves lighting the old stone oven of my wood-fired farmhouse dating back to 1700 so the food that we will taste originate from the most ancient peasant traditions of Apulia. All the dishes will be cooked in traditional terracotta pans following ancient family recipes.

In our dialect the expression "U Prisc" indicates the joy in doing something, the same joy we will feel in sharing this journey to discover the ancient traditional flavors from Apulia.

The dinner will take place in the most beautiful and oldest area of ​​the farm: the stables with the authentic mangers and the original stone flooring, the kind ladies must therefore wear comfortable shoes!

This term indicates all the delicacies that cannot be missing on the Apulian table while waiting for the main dishes and therefore green light for taralli, preserved olives in oil, fried broad beans, toasted and salted chickpeas and much more

Typical Apulian delicacies cooked in a wood oven, focaccia, focaccia stuffed with stewed onions and olives, meatballs made with stale bread, garlic and pecorino cheese

Delicious typical dish consisting of layers of pasta dressed with a mixed meat sauce, mixed with lots of stringy mozzarella, cooked in an earthenware pan in the ancient wood-burning oven of the farm
