Exquisite, sumptuous, and once you understand the steps, easy to prepare, truffle risotto is a dish that is sure to become part of your cooking repertoire. The meal starts with antipasti, full of memories from Chef Daniel’s childhood in Argentina. We then prepare the main dish, using ingredients discovered by Chef Daniel that are actually available year round. We will also prepare a Mediterranean salad. Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, I had lived in Los Angeles for the past 40 years where I was exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influenced and informed my food on a daily basis, while enabling me to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. I have recently moved to San Francisco and am excited to see all it has to offer. Passionate about cooking and sharing knowledge, I aim to teach fundamentals to my students so they need not rely on recipes. 
I have been teaching cooking classes in my beautiful kitchen for many years, having received  over 160 positive reviews in the different platforms with which I've been working so far. Lately I have expanded my business into popup restaurants and private catering for groups up to 100 people.
