JoEs TaBLe // Oui Chef!

“JoEs TaBLe” was set up by Clandestino Kitchen’s founder Joe D’Costa. He's a former Chef, trained at a variety of Michelin-starred joints in Europe. Now dedicated entrepreneur, creative mind, public speaker, and writer. 

In his quest to change our perception towards gastronomy and the "fine-dining" space. He decided to create with JoEs TaBLe a food experience that approaches his diners to a more fulfilling way of fine dining. He decided to change aspects of what he understands to be an old fashioned and elitist dining experience, that you usually find in high priced Michelin starred restaurants. Recreating an atmosphere from memories that he experienced as a child, at his families dining table. The venue varies as a popup with different locations in Barcelona always keeping Joes philosophy at its core element. A similar approach like you'd find with NOMA's new popup restaurants around the world. 

Joe creates with his experience a more intimate and socializing environment where the diners sit at one big table. Introducing them to high quality food and ingredients paired with culinary history and creativity. All at accessible prices. Connecting with his concept of avant-garde cuisine, people from all over the world as one big family.
