About your host, Giannis & Konstantinos: "We are two brothers, Giannis and Konstantinos. Our love for food started in our childhood, when we would go on holidays with our grandmother who taught us the basic principles of traditional Greek cuisine. Now one of us is a professional chef and the other is a percussionist."

We are Giannis & Konstantinos.

We are brothers. Our love and avocation with food starts from our childhood, when we were going for holidays with our grandmother, we learned the basic principles of Greek traditional cuisine. Now one of us is α professional cooker, while the other is studying the Greek musical tradition, as a percussionist, and has kept his love for good food. But in Greece, a meal to be considered successful, needs pleasant companion. That is why you are welcome to dine with us. You can taste the most famous traditional Greek dishes & wines and enjoy the amazing 180° view of Athens (Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus, Hill of Hippio Colonus) 

Some information about the area:

In Colonus, a historic district of Athens, there is the hill of Hippio Colonus, which is besides an important green lung, the connection of the ancient with the modern capital. In Hippio Colonus there was the mosque of Erinous, the tomb of Oedipus, as well as the hero of Theseus, Pirithos and Adrastos. Nowadays you can see the marble plaque of Sophocles, the monuments of archeologists Charles Lenormant and Karl Otfried Muller and the Colonus Theater. Near the Hill of Colonus is the Plato's Academy, a big park where the great philosopher taught.
