A word about the experience
After living abroad, I realized that food is an interesting way to learn about the history of a country and also an exciting way to become fully immersed in a culture.
I think there are very diverse elements that may transform a simple meal into an exciting experience: a good accompaniment is essential; a nice and relaxed environment; and of course finding the balance between all the ingredients in every course.
I enjoy the magnificence of the traditional and, at the same time, I enjoy playing with the complexity of other cuisines to create unique and irreplaceable experiences.
