Cookery course to learn how to make egg pasta, tortelli and ravioli with two different seasonings and typical Tuscan almond biscuits called "cantucci". We will use eggs, flour, semolina, butter, tomato sauce,sausage, oil, parmesan, potatoes, ricotta and spinach, garlic, flour for cakes, sugar and almonds. The experience will be at my home, in a large glazed room on the garden.
